Caroline is a FMAAT-qualified and experienced accounting professional with a passion for processes and systems. As a proud member of the AAT for 15 years, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. With over 15 years of experience working in practice, industry, and accountancy training, Caroline has a diverse background in year-end accounts, as an audit assistant, and as a management accountant in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, care homes, and the NHS.

Her passion for processes and systems only adds to her effectiveness in streamlining accounting operations and ensuring their efficiency and accuracy. In her personal life, Caroline is a proud parent of two children and two border collies, and she loves to stay active through running and outdoor swimming in her spare time. Caroline is a valuable asset to YOUR team, with her combination of professional expertise and passion for processes and systems.

Meet Emma, a dedicated and enthusiastic member of our team. With her recently acquired AAT level 2 certificate in bookkeeping and her ongoing studies for AAT level 3, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clients. Emma takes care of all bookkeeping needs and ensures seamless software integrations.

With her background as an Operations Manager in a service-based company, Emma brings a unique perspective to the accounting industry. When she’s not hard at work, Emma loves spending time with her three children and furry friend, and indulging in her love for all things Harry Potter.

Meet Dave, a versatile and dynamic team member. Dave is committed to his professional growth and is currently pursuing his AAT level 4 qualification. Despite his busy schedule, Dave lends his expertise to the company seasonally.

But when he’s not with us, he transforms into a sound engineer, traveling the world with bands. We love hearing his stories and experiences upon his return and are constantly inspired by his passion for both accounting and music.

Andrea brings a wealth of experience and knowledge gained through her diverse roles across the public, private, and charity sectors, spanning from corporate banking to social care. Her extensive professional journey has offered numerous opportunities for learning and growth, particularly in the realm of client interactions and comprehending their unique requirements.

Her roles have encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including day-to-day bookkeeping, aiding in year-end account preparations, conducting on-site audits, and crafting comprehensive management accounts. Andrea has held an AAT Level 3 qualification for the past five years and has aspirations to further her personal development by pursuing AAT Level 4 in the future.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Andrea cherishes her time spent with her son, partner, and energetic schnauzer puppy, all of whom keep her engaged and active. Travel holds a special place in her heart, and Andrea finds her utmost contentment in warm, beachside destinations.
